Unless otherwise indicated, tickets for Reading Arts Events and Rivermead Events are available from our friendly Box Office in the Hexagon Foyer and the Town Hall Reception (0118 960 6060).

Box Office Opening Times:
The Hexagon
Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday 1 hour before the show.
Sunday and Bank Holidays: 1 hour before the show.
Box office closes at 8pm when evening shows are on.

Town Hall
Concert Hall
Monday - Saturday, 10.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays: 1 hour before the show.

South Street
Performance days: 1 hour before the show (subject to availability)

Rivermead
Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm
Weekends and Bank Holidays, 5.30pm - 8.30pm

All Box Offices are open 1 hour prior to the advertised show start time.

All major credit cards are accepted except Diners Card and American Express.

There is a £1.15 per ticket fee for tickets up to and including £10 and £1.95 per ticket fee for tickets greater than £10. Tickets with a face value of up to and including £5 are subject to a fee of 25p a ticket.

The booking fee applies to ticket purchases made with credit cards, debit cards and cash. Bookings made in person with a pre-paid debit card are not subject to a booking fee.

Tickets for events at the Reading Arts and Venues and any third party agency sales carry a per ticket booking fee in addition to the published prices. Because ticket revenue is divided between many different parties an increase in ticket prices would not necessarily benefit the venues, therefore the income from booking fees is essential income to Reading Arts.

Cheques should be made payable to Reading Borough Council with your name and address on the reverse. Please note that cheques require 10 days to clear before posting/collection and tickets will be retained for collection where proof of status is required in order to obtain a discount.
