The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra make a welcome return to The Hexagon under their Principal Conductor, Kirill Karabits. Ukrainian-born Karabits is considered one of the most thrilling young conductors around. Together he and the orchestra have received rave reviews in the press and have an exciting new series of recordings.

The soloist in Shostakovich’s first cello concerto will be distinguished British cellist, Steven Isserlis. Acclaimed worldwide for his technique and musicianship, we are delighted to welcome him back to Reading.
