Go past this and through the pedestrianised The Town Hall Square (between The Town Hall clock tower and Queen Victoria's statue) and cross over by St. Lawrence's Church to the Post Office in the Market Place. Keeping to the left hand side of Market Place, go down the hill to the traffic lights and cross straight over to Duke Street, over the river bridge (Dukes Bridge), straight over the lights ahead (crossing the inner-ring road dual-carriageway) and into London Street. First left up the hill is South Street, with the venue about one hundred metres on the left.
